E-Patterns!

I had a brainstorm the other day and thought how convenient it would be to start emailing patterns to people instead of mailing by USPS. It would save shipping costs, printing costs, time, and much more. So I set up my patterns page to receive them by either regular mail or email. So far the emailing has been going well. Customers say they have no problem receiving them and printing them out, then taping them together. They can be made larger this way too. They receive by email: the instructions, Helpful Hints page, at least four parts of the pattern, a photo of the finished design which can be seen much better on the large screen of their computer, and extra sections if the pattern has a lot of detail. So we will see how it goes. It's especially great for customers overseas in Europe or Asia or Australia! No mailing fees! It's a simpler pattern than some of the others. The email patterns are only $9.00.

A couple of my pieces were accepted into the only exhibit. The winners also created incredibly beautiful art quilts.
